Terms of Service

Last updated 28 Aug 2026

1. Using the pilot

Affiliate90 is currently in a limited pilot. Access is invite-based and may change, pause, or be withdrawn at any time as we build out the product. Free access during the pilot does not guarantee free access afterward.

2. Your bot and channels

You connect your own Telegram bot and, optionally, your own WhatsApp number. You are responsible for the content you post, for complying with Telegram's and WhatsApp's own terms of service, and for any consequences of connecting your accounts — including a WhatsApp number being restricted or banned.

3. Affiliate links and pricing

Affiliate tags and converted links are generated from information you provide. Product prices and discount percentages are pulled from the store link you submit — verify accuracy before posting to your channels.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Affiliate90 to post spam, misleading pricing, or content that violates the policies of Telegram, WhatsApp, or the affiliate networks you use. We may suspend access for accounts that abuse the service.

5. No warranty

The service is provided as-is during the pilot phase, without warranty of any kind. We aren't liable for lost posts, missed pricing windows, or account restrictions on connected Telegram bots or WhatsApp numbers.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Contact
