1. What we collect
Your name and email from Google sign-in, the Telegram bot token you connect (stored encrypted), your WhatsApp session data if you link a number (the linked phone number and the names of the groups you choose to post to — never your chats or contacts), your affiliate network tag, and the product links you send through the bot.
2. How we use it
To authenticate you, post your deals to the Telegram channels and WhatsApp groups you connect, build affiliate-tagged links, and show verified price history for the products you post.
3. What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't post to any channel or group you haven't explicitly connected. Your affiliate tag is only ever used to build your own links — we don't earn from your traffic.
4. Third parties
We use the official Telegram Bot API to post messages, Google for sign-in, and (for WhatsApp) an unofficial session connection you initiate yourself by scanning a QR code. That WhatsApp connection runs on our own self-hosted server, not a third-party service, and disconnecting deletes its session data. We don't share your data with anyone beyond what's needed to run these integrations.
5. Data retention
We keep your connection data — bot token, destinations, affiliate tag — for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect a channel, change your bot token, or ask us to delete your account at any time.
6. Security
Bot tokens and session data are stored encrypted. Access is limited to what's needed to operate the service during the pilot.
